Quilt Top skirt with scrap lining

1940/50’s scrap quilt skirt with scrap lining and deep low pockets. This was a delicate quilt top to begin so finish work was to maintain and therefore shows in seam work. THIS IS HAND WASH OR DRY CLEAN ONLY - it was originally hand sewed! Fits size 6-14 with an up to 38 inch stretch.
